Noemi Puntier ESQ.
888-339-2706
Noemi Puntier graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in 2004, and was admitted to the Appellate Division, First Department in 2005. Upon her graduation she joined the Bronx Legal Aid Society as a public defender in the Criminal Defense Division. As a criminal defense attorney, Mrs. Puntier had and has the opportunity to practice law in a place she loves, the Bronx. Her desire to be a voice for the less fortunate served as her plateau in her legal career. She represented clients from arraignment through trial/disposition. Due to her dedication and love for this area of law she was the fastest growing attorney in the history of the Bronx Legal Aid Society when it came to handling the most serious cases in the shortest amount of time as a junior attorney. She tried numerous jury and bench trials, from misdemeanors to felonies. Her commitment to being the voice for the underprivileged allows her to convey a message to the jury and judges of passion, humility and fortitude.
Mrs. Puntier's extensive experience with jury and non-jury trials paved the way to realizing one of her biggest dreams - serving a larger array of clients in her own practice. She is Of Counsel at Codelia & Socorro, P.C., concentrating in criminal defense and immigration law.
